Lu Robitaille
“Moon Drops”
10″ x 10″ print
$150 $350 framed
The Moon River basin at one time was a great reservoir for pickerel. The water flow is controlled by the Ministry and Natural Resources and the Ontario Hydro. In early spring you often see the falls at its fullest spreading from one side of the banks to the other. It’s truly spectacular. You can see the full flow on my website if you look for Spring Flow. If you are in the area a visit to the falls can be a trying but wonderful experience.
Lu Robitaille was born in historic Penetanguishene. She and her husband raised their two children in the remoteness of Tadenac Bay, later settling in Huronia. Lu has a home studio on Cedar Brook Farm, her family fish farm. Her deep feelings for Georgian Bay live in the art she creates; her rocks and water reflect the love and warmth she has for this unique part of Canada. She has a great affection for the character of old farms and lighthouses. Lu has developed a new style and format based on watercolour for her medium. For more information, or to arrange a private viewing of her work, Lu invites you and your family to contact her.

Bridget Aubé
“Five Scarves”
21.5″ x 28.5″
$775
Bridget Aubé 1927-2007
As a self-trained artist, Bridget worked in many mediums and excelled in all. She was a prolific talent with the main area of interest being in still life. Someone at a one-women show of her works said that she would love to learn from Bridget and Bridget responded that she wasn’t a teacher. She helped so many who worked alongside her, she was a teacher.
Food and florals often had prominence in her works but some of her still life were as simple as a pair of shoes, perfectly placed in a well designed image. Exquisite.
Contact: bigartbuzz@gmail.com to inquire about purchasing works by Bridget.

Artist Bio:
Growing up I always enjoyed art. Whenever I had a chance during my travels I would visit art galleries and be in awe of the artists creations.
I am a self taught artist who is inspired by the beauty of God’s creation.
I enjoy the challenge of creating with oil and acrylic on canvas.
I thank the Lord for giving me such a wonderful gift that I can share with others.
It has been exciting to have my work accepted in the open Juried
Show and Wildlife Show at Beaux-arts in 2012.
Receiving honorable mention and peoples choice award has inspired me in my art work. Over the past years I have also painted set piece for the Brampton Music Theater and it is a thrill to see everything come together on stage.
This is been a great adventure and looking forward to what the future holds.
